 Start Editing Host File:

Locate the Host File

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
(Replace “C:\” is ur Root Drve) 

You will Find a Host file there

For easiness of acess I recommend Notepad++

Then Right Click on Host file and select Properties And

Click on Security Tab

Select t user(Username u are logged in with) from list and click Edit

(Note:Current user must be a Administrator)
After clicking Edit again select Current User 

Select all Check Boxes under Allow
Click Apply and click Ok Exit all Windows and go back to Ect folder

Right Click on host and Select Edit With Notepad 

(You will only see this option if you have installed Notepad else edit with your default text editor ( Workpad etc.)

It may fail many times ………..u just hav to keep trying with numbers….but 5th 6th 7th and 8th digit ………keep repeating in a different way as the 11th 12th 13th n 14th ones…the 6,7,8 digits are the same as 11,12,13 digits…….and the 5th ==14th digittry out wid different numbers ………………It may not work always …the chances are 1 out of 30 tries

Hi, here is a trick for free unlimited gprs for BSNL..To activate it, just follow these steps:

1.you have to create two connections with any name like BSNL1 and BSNL2 with the following settings.

Access Point Name- "celloneportal"Proxy Service Address- " 192.168.51.163 "Proxy Port- "8080"Security- "NORMAL"No need to edit the other fields.(If this settings is not working, you have to use the working SETTINGS in your region.)

Now activate any of the two settings you created and try to access bsnl's home page using your phone's default browser. You will be able to access it.

Now open another browser(eg: Opera) with the second settings keeping the default browser open. Now you will get "access denied" message.

Keep both browsers working in background and open connection manager. In connection manager just disconnect the first connection.

Now open the default browser from background. Now you can access all sites for free..
